Easy to make flaming cheese. Use cheese wedge - Kefalotiri or Kefalograviera. Moisten under tap water a few seconds. Cover in plain flour. Cook over medium to hot olive oil for 2.5 mins each side. Splash a shot of brandy and Opa!!! Enjoy.

How to make really simple Halloumi chips. Ingredients are: Halloumi, Plain/All Purpose flour/paprika powder/ oregano dried / chilli flakes/ black pepper. Mix ingredients together then roll halloumi into the flour. Fry in hot olive oil or vegetable oil for 2 mins. Serve with lemon wedges/ sour cream and sweet chilli / mayonnaise - up to your tastebuds.

      No it is called Krfalotiri a cheese made from sheep’s milk. No where near as salty as Haloumi.

    Thats a MASSIVE block of Haloumi In the UK we pay about £3.50, for just 250g That looks to be, about a Kilo (1,000g) in weight, and would be about £14.00 to buy Thanks for the video though!

    Its not Turkish coffe. Maybe Ottoman coffe. But the Ottomans learnt it from the Yemeni and somwhere down the line Ethiopia.

      No. Turkish will have coffee grounds in bottom of cup.. Americano is a diluted espresso.

    Nicely done video. I would like to suggest that you upgrade your mic however, as every time you turn away from the stovetop, your voice fades and becomes difficult to understand. Even closed captions get most of what you say wrong.

    Copper is much more conductive than stainless and brass is largely copper, so your results match what one would expect.

      My motor doesn’t have variable speed but if it did I would slow it down towards the end of the cook when temperature of the charcoal reduces. Faster at the start hottest part of the cook.

    I would highly recommend grinding the coffee as it would give more flavour then pre grounded Brikki coffee plus you can experiment on the different extra fine settings

      @@slavikatorI would recommend the 1zpresso K max, if that’s above your budget I would get a Sozen grinder which does the job of making brikki/turkish/greek coffee everyday
